Its curved and concave edges match the shape of the human body and can thus be pressed against a patient during surgery to catch any fluid or debris. Besides clinical care, kidney dishes can also be used in laboratories or mortuaries. 

The Stainless Steel Kidney Dish can be sterilised with an autoclave machine at 121°C
